PROSE is a national hand and foot care brand that delivers transformative and purposeful hand and foot services through its cutting-edge boutique design, world-class and toxin-free products, and personalized approach. In February 2019, betterCap completed investment in the Area Developer for Georgia which owns and oversees boutiques in Georgia.
CityROW is a national boutique fitness brand which has designed internaval-based program backed by science to deliver a smart, safe, and effective workout that is high intensity, low impact, and total body. In March 2019, betterCap completed investment in the Area Developer which owns and operates CityROW studios in the metro Atlanta.
Perspire is the leading infrared sauna and chromotherapy studio brand in the U.S. With a focus on the natural health benefits of infrared sauna therapy and unparalleled guest experience, Perspire aims to set the standard for infrared and color light therapy studios. In November 2019, betterCap partnered with Reclaiming Our Time, LLC through an acquisition of the first Perspire studio in Atlanta and simultaneously signing multi-unit franchise agreement for the Atlanta and Nashville market.

Zerorez Holdings, LLC (2019)
Zerorez is nationally recognized brand providing services such as carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. betterCap served as an advisor to an area developer and franchisee of Zerorez Franchising Systems, Inc on its debt recapitalization.
Radiation Oncology (2019)
betterCap served as an advisor to a leading radiation oncology center in Georgia on its debt recapitalization. New debt facility was provided by special situation credit fund managed by a Family Office.
Bela Family Dentistry1 (2018)
Bela is a Dental Service Organization which operates general dentistry clinics across South Carolina and Georgia. Jan Zalud acted as the lead banker on debt recapitalization, advisory, and subordinated debt placement.
